Trust & safety

Parents in the loop. Data in India.

Trust isn't a marketing line — it's an architecture decision. Drishti Innovations is built so parents have weekly visibility, AI access is gated, and student data stays inside DPDP-aligned Indian infrastructure.

5 questions about trust & safety

What does the parent dashboard actually show?

Weekly skills gained, productive screen time, certificates earned, weak areas, mentor notes and the AI-suggested next course. No vanity counters — every metric maps to a parent decision (encourage, intervene, level-up).

How is the AI tutor safe for children?

All AI access routes through the Drishti Innovations AI Gateway. Age-band filters, blocked topic list, prompt + response logging visible to parents and schools, no free-form image generation in student portals, and zero raw API keys exposed to client devices.

Where is student data stored?

In Indian data centres aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP). Personally identifiable data is encrypted at rest, role-scoped at access, and never sold or shared with ad networks. Schools can request a data residency report on demand.

Are there third-party trackers or ads in the student portal?

No. The student and parent portals run with zero advertising SDKs and only a minimal first-party analytics layer for product improvement. Marketing analytics live exclusively on public marketing pages, never inside the learning experience.

What is Drishti Innovations's child-safety policy?

Published and versioned: COPPA-style consent flows for under-13s, parental approval required for mentor 1:1s with minors, mandatory background checks for all mentors, and a 24-hour incident response SLA for any flagged interaction.
